Virtual Student CogAT Testing Form

All 2nd and 5th-grade students will be taking the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT). The CogAT measures general reasoning abilities in three domains: verbal, quantitative, and nonverbal. Please click here to sign up *virtual* students to take the optional test in a socially distanced setting. It will take approximately 45-60 minutes a day, for 3 days, at a scheduled time on September 16, 17, and 18.

GISD Is Now Accepting Gifted & Talented Program Nominations

Our District is now accepting nominations for students in grades 1st-6th to be screened for our Gifted and Talented Program. Nominations for students in Kindergarten and 7th-12th grades will be accepted at a later date; information will be provided when necessary. All referrals are due by September 18, 2020.

Free School Supplies for Johnson County Families

Tomorrow, low-income Johnson County families in Cleburne ISD, Godley ISD, Keene ISD, and Rio Vista ISD, can receive school supplies for free provided by the Johnson County Apples Coalition.
